Rausch Medical Clinics is proud to have a diverse medical staff of physicians, nurse practitioners and physician assistants.  The variety of medical providers allows more options for the patient and allows our clinics the ability to provide same day appointments.

Below is an introduction to our medical staff that work at our various locations.
Michael A. Rausch
Michael A. Rausch, M.D., F.A.A.F.P.
Dr. Rausch is a Fellow of the American Academy of Family Practice, and is certified by the American Board of Family Practice, with a subspecialty certificate in Sports Medicine. He served his residency in family practice at the Lincoln Medical Education Foundation Family Practice Program in Lincoln, Nebraska and graduated from the University of Kansas School of Medicine. Dr. Rausch and his family live in rural El Dorado.
Elizabeth "Liz" Warman

Elizabeth "Liz" Warman, PA-C
Liz Warman is a certified Physician's Assistant who received her Bachelor of Science in Psychobiology in 2003 from the University of Nebraska at Kearney. Liz graduated from the University of Nebraska Medical Center (UNMC) with a Bachelor of Science in Medical Technology in 2004. She worked as a Medical Technologist at UNMC laboratory from 2004 through 2006. She graduated with her Masters of Science in Physician Assistant Studies from UNMC in 2007. Following graduation, Liz and her husband moved to Ellinwood, KS where she worked at Ellinwood District Hospital and Clinic.She worked in Ellinwood from 2008 through August 2011. Liz then joined the practice in 2011, she and her husband, along with their children, reside in Andover .

Sharon Carpenter, APRN

Sharon is a certified Nurse Practitioner who received her Masters of Science in 2019 from Frontier University. She is a member of the Kansas Advanced Practice Nurses Association and the American Association of Nurse Practitioners. Sharon joined our medical team in January of 2020, prior to that she worked at Newton Medical Center from 2013 to 2019 as a Charge Nurse for the Maternal Child Unit. She lives in Wichita with her family.

Alia Porter, PA

Alia is a certified physician assistant who received her Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies in 2020 from Wichita State University. Following graduation, she moved to Lakin, Kansas where she worked at Kearney County Hospital in the clinic, hospital and emergency department for a year. She then joined Augusta Family Practice in 2022. Alia is from Augusta and is excited to be practicing family medicine in her hometown. She is married to her husband, Adam and loves to spend time with her family, friends, and her golden retriever, June.
